With these, we want to highlight 3 players who are similar in class and position. Get some time to dive into some quick thoughts, stat breakdowns, and film. Today, we are looking at 2021 Small Forwards in Grant Simmons Grant Simmons 6'4" | SF Homestead | 2021 State IN , Harold Woods Harold Woods 6'3" | SF Hammond | 2021 State IN , and Parion Roberson Parion Roberson 6'3" | SF Gary West Side | 2021 State IN .

– 6’4 SF 2021 – Homestead (IN)
Stats: 9.6 ppg, 3.4 rpg, 4.0 bpg
Thoughts: Simmons is a tall wing with a good shooting touch. Real solid frame on him that could maybe still add a tad more muscle. Has some driving ability but really gets most of his buckets from outside the arc. Looks to be better shooting off the catch rather than the pullup shot. Would like to see him expend his offense a bit more and work on adding some more speed to his game. Solid prospect that could turn into a 3-and-D type player at the next level.
Harold Woods

Hammond | 2021
State

– 6’3 SF 2021 – Hammond (IN)
Stats: 15.6 ppg, 6.8 rpg, 2.3 apg
Thoughts: Woods is a fast wing with lots of athletic ability. He is long and strong with some handles and breakdown ability. Really good defender because of his speed and size. Has a fast release on his jumper. Makes defenders pay when he has an opening to drive to the rim. Woods is the type of player that can easily get a team 10+ points a game. A true scoring wing that has lots of talent. Expect his scoring, rebounding, and assisting numbers to go up in his senior year.
Parion Roberson

Gary West Side | 2021

– 6’3 SF 2021 – Gary West (IN)
Stats: N/A
Thoughts: Roberson is a big wing with a lot talent. He is a big, bruising forward who can kind of do everything. He can post, shoot, defend, and pretty much do anything you ask him to do. Not extraordinary at any one thing but is pretty solid across the board. A tad undersized for a SF so there is potential he could play more of a 2G at the college level. Has the strength to guard multiple spots. Needs to continue to improve and get better. Roberson is a solid prospect to keep an eye on this next year.
