In this article, we take a look at some of the top Low Floor players in the state of Nevada.
Jaden Hardy Jaden Hardy 6'4" | CG Coronado | 2021 State #4 Nation NV 6’4 PG Coronado 2021 (#1PHN 2021) – Maybe one of the top players in the category in all of America. Positional size? Check. Elite skillset? Check. Add in athleticism and backcourt versatility and it’s going to be difficult for him to miss. Hardy is an offensive weapon capable of dominating a game with his scoring and playmaking ability.
Noah Taitz Noah Taitz 6'3" | SG Bishop Gorman | 2020 State #100 Nation NV 6’3 SG Bishop Gorman 2020 (#5PHN 2020) – Frustrating season I’m sure for Noah Taitz Noah Taitz 6'3" | SG Bishop Gorman | 2020 State #100 Nation NV , however one of the areas you have to give him credit is for his patience and perseverance. After an early-season leg injury, he could have packed it up, however, he rejoined the team in Reno and looked as if he never missed a beat. I trust in his ability to overcome adversity at the college level, and his shooting and athletic ability should translate well at the next level.
Sebastian Mack Sebastian Mack 6'4" | CG Coronado | 2023 State #58 Nation NV 6’1 SG 2023 (#1PHN 2023) – It may be too early, to project, but I have to go with my gut on this one. With his lightning-quick first step, and knockdown shooting I just don’t see any way this kid misses. If he grows a few more inches, and or tightens his handle, I think he’s a sure-fire High Major.
Jaden Westwood Jaden Westwood 6'1" | CG Piute | 2022 UT 6’9 PF Coronado 2022 (#2PHN 2022) (featured image) – I’m not exactly sure what his ceiling is, but I think that you know what you’re getting from him. Despite not being a great R&J athlete, he’s a good rim protector, high IQ player that understands defensive rotations. Each one of those skills is valuable at the collegiate level.
Elijah Jackson Elijah Jackson 6'0" | PG Churchill County | 2020 State NV 6’0 PG Churchill County 2020 (#28PHN 2020) – I don’t know what level he is, I do know that any program that gets him is going to get a dynamic tempo changing guard. His athletic ability, quickness, and understanding of P&R basketball is perfect for today’s game. Currently unsigned he’s what I call a “just bring him in” As in just bring him in for a workout and he will take care of the rest.
