Top-5’s in 2021: Athletes

<p>With the possibility of losing the entire AAU season this year, I will try and mention all 115 juniors ranked. </p> <p>I like to take a look at my annual “Top-5’s”.</p> <p>Every player has their 1 skill they usually excel at.   </p> <p>It’s just a fun way to take a look at players’ elite skills in different categories. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We move over to the 10 players who are athletes. These are the players you may jump out of the gym or make a freaky highlight reel play on offense or defense! </p> <p>Here are my Top-5:</p> <p>1. [player_tooltip player_id="809670" first="Maxwell" last="Lewis"] (AZ Compass Prep)</p> <p>-Another freaky athlete is on the same level as Oliver. [player_tooltip player_id="930930" first="Mike" last="Foster"] (Hillcrest Prep)</p> <p>-The most powerful player on the list is a gifted athlete and nationally ranked. </p> <p>4. [player_tooltip player_id="930931" first="Alex" last="Tchikou"] (Dream City Christian) </p> <p>-A rare blend of size and athleticism who flies up the court. </p> <p>5. [player_tooltip player_id="809673" first="Max" last="Majerle"] (Arcadia)</p> <p>-The son of Dan Majerle came on like gang busters this season. He is throwing down way above the rim.   </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>5-more:</p> <p>1. [player_tooltip player_id="941610" first="John" last="Jeanisse"] (Trivium Prep)</p> <p>-The small school athlete shined in the playoffs above the rim. Has a good body/frame and upside. </p> <p>2. [player_tooltip player_id="809684" first="Timothy" last="Cochrane"] (Williams Field)  </p> <p>-The point forward can take flight in the open court above the rim. </p> <p>3. [player_tooltip player_id="703834" first="Owen" last="Shaw"] (Arcadia)</p> <p>-A the face-up forward can shoot the 3 plus rip through and dunk it impressively.  </p> <p>4. [player_tooltip player_id="932396" first="Markes" last="Siekam"] (Chaparral) </p> <p>-One of the least known athletes comes from a bigger school. He can play way above the rim better than I ever knew.</p> <p>5. [player_tooltip player_id="809686" first="Paris" last="Woods"] (Apollo)</p> <p>-A long athlete with serious speed in the open court. Looks like a track athlete when he takes off.  </p>
