With the possibility of losing the entire AAU season this year, I will try and mention all 115 juniors ranked.

I like to take a look at my annual “Top-5’s”.

Every player has their 1 skill they usually excel at.

It’s just a fun way to take a look at players’ elite skills in different categories.

We move over to the 8 Mid-Range shooters. It is definitely a lost art but I still think it's a great shot.

Here are my Top-5:

1. [player_tooltip player_id="809680" first="Ricardo" last="Sarmiento"] (Phhoenix Prep)

-If you ever watched this kid play, you know that his pull-up from mid-range is one of the best on the West Coast. Also is top-notch on-ball defender.

2. [player_tooltip player_id="930933" first="Keon" last="Edwards"] (Hillcrest Prep)

-The DePaul commit can basically do it all but his pull-up from mid is polished.

3. [player_tooltip player_id="809681" first="Keiren" last="Brown"] (St. Mary’s)

-A downhill power guard by nature, but if you watched the Final-4 vs Peoria, you know Brown can hit from mid-range.

4. [player_tooltip player_id="703821" first="Christian" last="Tucker"] (Perry)

-A quick scoring guard has a fast pull-up from mid-range.

5. [player_tooltip player_id="809722" first="Jevon" last="Humphrey"] (Chaparral)

-Another scoring guard loves the mid-range shot. He can make the 3 but is most comfortable from mid.

3 more:

1. [player_tooltip player_id="932346" first="Jacob" last="Clapper"] (Desert Edge)

-A guard who has improved every year likes the pull-up game from mid-range.

2. [player_tooltip player_id="837896" first="John" last="Solomon"] (Desert Vista)

-A long forward who can shoot it from elbow and in. Can play above the rim but can make jumpers.

3. [player_tooltip player_id="932393" first="Illia" last="Oliinyk"] (Bella Vista Prep HS)

-A finesse forward can handle it and shoot it from mid-range.
