In my opinion, Braylen Blue Braylen Blue 6'3" | PG Madison Memorial | 2023 State WI is an underrated prospect. He’s got plenty of division one offers including Washington, Arizona State, and Murray State, but I don’t think he gets the attention he deserves. Braylen is one of the best pick and roll ball handlers there is. His vision and passing out of the pick and roll are college ready. He’s patient with his dribble which allows the play to develop, then out of nowhere he’ll throw an on target, perfect pass with some heat on it. His assist numbers don’t do him justice, the kid’s a playmaker. He’s a versatile passer, able to pass off the catch, dribble, full court, one handed, two handed, whatever it may be. Braylen also has a promising shot. His shooting mechanics are solid and the hope is that his shot can develop into a consistent threat. I like his confidence to let it fly 3-4 feet beyond the arc. I’d love to know his true shooting statistics, as it seems a few games aren’t accounted for. On the defensive end, he’s a versatile defender. Standing at 6’4″ Braylen will be able to guard positions 1-3 in college with added strength. His length and defensive instincts cause many turnovers. He’s got good movement on defense and you can tell he’s worked on his footwork on both ends of the floor.
