East Regional Preview: Stock Riser Prospects

<p><i>It’s the moment we all have been waiting for, Regional Championship time! These teams have plenty of talent but we want to take the time to highlight some of the stockriser prospects that will be on display Saturday. Games will be played at ECU and Fayetteville State University starting at Noon and concluding with the final games at 6pm</i>. </p> <p><b>Pinecrest HS Junior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="838055" first="Bradlee" last="Haskell"]</b>: Without a doubt , he’s raised his stock the most out of any player in the state playoffs as he comes into regionals averaging about 30 points a night. D1 programs have taken notice and he’s picked up his first offer from High Point University.</p> <p><b>Lumberton HS Senior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="833299" first="Jordan" last="McNeill"]</b>: He’s been the main reason why Lumberton has been able to make such an amazing run. He brings a toughness to the team that you have to love and is one of the better rebounding guards around the state.</p> <p><b>Farmville Central Senior Guard [player_tooltip player_id="833306" first="Samage" last="Teel"]:</b> Its simply confusing as to how he doesn’t have more offers and heavier recruitment at this point. As far as performances go, he hasn’t left much to doubt with one of his better performances coming in the last round to Kinston HS.</p> <p><b>Westover HS Senior Forward [player_tooltip player_id="573018" first="Traymond" last="Willis-Shaw"]</b>: As the season has gone on, he’s stepped up to make valuable plays for his team. His combination of height, wingspan and skillset are all things that you have to love. SC State and Queens University have offered with more schools at the D1 and D2 levels showing interest.</p> <p><b>South Granville Senior Wing [player_tooltip player_id="833341" first="Wykise" last="Allen"]</b>: Top JUCO programs nationally have been inquiring about Allen as he has been big part of the success of South Granville this season. At 6’4 with the ability to score inside and out, as well as plenty of upside left in his game, it doesn’t take long to see why he’s a player that JC programs will love.</p>
