Arkansas Valley-Chisholm Trail (3)
Augusta, Buhler, Circle, El Dorado, McPherson, Winfield
Max Alexander, 6’1, G, 2021, Buhler
An impressive two-way player who brings skill and athleticism to the perimeter. Alexander is a defensive hawk who is incredibly active and looks to chip away the ball and jump passing lanes and get in transition and score. He is capable as a scoring guard and a point, possessing strong handles and a creative nature with the ball in his hands. He can stretch the floor with his 3-point range and has a solid mid-range game and the ability to get to the rim and finish off the glass.
Matt Hromek, 6’0, G, 2020, Circle
A 3-point specialist who can really light things up when he has his shot dialed in. He’s a good rebound who looks to play physical and use his length and build where he can. Hromek looks to play defense and rebound when his shot isn’t falling. When he’s comfortable he is a difficult player to stop given his high release point and range.
Jaren Jackson, 6’1, G, 2020, Augusta
An intelligent lead guard who looks to keep the tempo going on both ends of the floor. Jackson is a good defensive player who defends the perimeter and can stay with an opponent the full length of the floor. He looks to get his teammates involved truest quick passing and also can knock down shots inside the perimeter and at the 3-point line. Also a standout baseball player, Jackson has committed to play that sport at the next level at Butler CC.
Seth Madron, 6’2, G, 2022, McPherson
An impressive sophomore guard who has a nice game for a player his age. He takes shots from 3-point range but prefers to get close to the basket and score. He has good in-game quickness and shows toughness and athleticism when it matters. He can create with the ball and plays off the ball well also. Madron is also a good rebounder for Mcpherson, a player who looks to play physical and get inside and score.
Zach Wittenberg, 6’2, 6’2, G, 2021, El Dorado
A skilled scoring guard who showcases leadership, hustle and scoring ability. Wittenberg has a strong frame and uses his size as a defender around the basket. He can contest shots and even pin the ball on the glass. He is able to switch out and defend on the perimeter and can force turnovers and make a play in full court situations. Also skilled guard on offense who can create his own shot or score from distance with little room to breathe.
