NCISAA 1A First Round Game Changer Names to Know!

<p><i>The NCISAA brackets are set, with games beginning on Tuesday evening, teams won’t have much time to prepare before taking the floor. Let’s take a look at some of the players that we feel could be game changers in the early rounds. </i></p> <p><b>John Paul II Senior Combo Guard Jordan Yarell</b>: A player that makes a high impact on both ends of the floor, he uses his stellar defensive ability to create turnovers which leads to transition offense. He has plenty of the tools that you want to see from a guard which includes: athleticism, shooting, IQ and unselfishness. </p> <p><b>Grace Christian Senior Guard Phil Martin Jr</b>: He finished up the regular season averaging about 18 Points a night and his will team will need some big time scoring performances from him during the state tournament. The silky smooth senior Guard has caught the attention of D3 and D2 program with his ability to score but also being able to slide over and run the show at the PG spot when needed. </p> <p><b>Community Christian School Senior Guard <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/jimmy-forte/">Jimmy Forte</a></b>: His team will look to him to do what he does best if they want to make a deep run in the playoffs. Forte is know for his ability to score the ball, which includes his deep three point shooting range. His ability to knock down these shots from outside forces the defense to remain honest and doesn’t allow teams to play zone very often.</p> <p><b>Terra Ceia Christian Junior Guard Gunner Couch</b>: He is one of the leading scorers for his team as he’s averaging about 21 PPG. While he has the ability to score the ball, his gift for passing is an attribute that you cant deny as he does a nice job of getting all of his teammates involved.</p> <p><b>Crossroads Christian Senior Guard <a href="https://prephoops.com/player/taylor-bell/">Taylor Bell</a></b>: The contributions that his team has picked up from him have been major, he’s leading the team in scoring as well as contributing with his rebounding and passing. He does a nice job of getting into the gaps of the defense and making the correct play at a high rate.</p>
