It’s only right that we take a look at a few of the standout performances that were put together from players, some of whom are already known but many are working to turn heads and pick up interest/offers.
- Pinecrest HS Junior Guard Bradlee Haskell went for 32 points in their matchup with Lumberton HS and scored the game winning bucket to get the Patriots another win on the season. There is no reason for this young man to not have an offer at this point, he checks off all the boxes that you want for a D1 PG and has outplayed opponents time and time again.
- West Bladen Senior Guard Tyre Boykin had a big time night against St.Pauls HS, scoring 25 points on the night although his team would come up short. Boykin has already made his college decision official as he will be headed to UMKC to play out his college career.
- Scotland County Unsigned Senior Guard Garrett Mcrae led his team in scoring with 20 points in a loss to 71st HS. Mcrae is a Guard that has impressive quickness and understands how to use his quickness to make an impact on both ends of the floor.
- Hoggard HS Unsigned Senior Guard Sabastian Haidera dropped 22 Points in a big win over Laney HS on Tuesday night. College programs that are looking for a player that can score it at a nice level and play the PG and SG positions should give him a look.
- Cape Fear Christian Unsigned Senior PG Jamael Carter put up big time numbers in a big conference win for CFCA last night. Carter went for 24 Points & 11 Assist vs FCS, showing the attributes that we feel will make him to be a solid player on the next level. He has good court vision as well as the ability to knock down the trey ball from beyond college range.
- Ben L Smith Unsigned Senior Wing Silas Mason led his team in scoring with 18 Points to get the win over Dudley HS. Mason is one of the higher rated unsigned seniors left on the board, and is one that MM programs are definitely showing high interest in.
- Durham Academy continues to roll on despite the Injury to star G/F MJ Rice and one major reason for that is the stellar play of Cole Sinclair. Sinclair put up another impressive night scoring wise, finishing with 23 Points in a win over North Raleigh Christian.
- High Point Christian Junior Guard KJ Garrett continues to get the job done for his squad, finishing with 18 points and 7 Assist in a win last night. Garrett is one of the better dual threat PG’s in the NC Class of 2021, always finding the balance between scoring and facilitating.
