PH: Describe your overall game and your role for this team
CK: “I bang inside for the most part. That’s the main thing I do. I can also hit the three, but my main role is to bang inside, get rebounds, and that’s what I do for this team. I hold this team together with my hustle and boards.”
PH: Briefly describe your playing experience
CK: “I’m a three-year varsity player, so I’m pretty used to competing at this level. My coach has been pushing me a lot. From last year to now I’ve improved my game. People like Jao (Ituka) have helped me improve my game throughout the years.”
PH: What are the most improved parts of your game?
CK: “My three-point shooting and ball-handling have improved. I’m shooting it well lately. I improved both over the summer.”
PH: What are you working on?
CK: “I need to work on dribbling more, trying to get to the basket a little bit more. I need to work on my effort. That’s what we need on this team. Effort.”
PH: Is anything considered underrated about your game?
CK: “I think my three-point shooting is underrated.”
PH: Who is recruiting you the hardest?
CK: “Stevenson, Wash College, and Albright.”
PH: What are your goals?
CK: “First is to hit the books. For the team, its to make it to states. That’s the main goal for this team. I think we can get there with the players we have now. We’re committed to each other and we bond well off the court, so I think we can make it there.”
