The Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo provides potential college prospects with the opportunity to either make a name for themselves or create more buzz around their name. With a rankings update on the way in the near future, I found some players in this year's showcase that will more than likely see a rise in the rankings due to their improved game that was on display this Fall.

Top 250 Stock Risers:

2021 6'7 PF Lemuel Armstrong (Nathan Hale HS) - Lemuel, or LJ for short, has been on our radar for some time now. He has shown a lot of promise dating back to his middle school days as a long and pretty fluid athlete. LJ played limited roles in his first couple seasons at Rainier Beach, playing behind some very talented players, but his time is now. LJ has developed quick twitch muscles and a quick bounce off the floor to be able to finish in traffic over and through contact a lot more consistently. I saw him dive on the floor 4 times in a single game, showing that he is willing to do the dirty work as a power forward. He finishes above the rim with power and he is a good rebounder on both sides of the ball. A definite stock riser from the weekend!

2022 6'8 C Cooper Church (Tahoma HS) - Fresh off of an Eastern Washington offer, Cooper came ready to compete at the Top 250 event. He is slowly but surely growing into his body and it is showing in his game. He blocked a good amount of shots coming from the help side and his length on the floor was apparent. He is getting stronger rebounding the ball and he made some good passes out of double teams. Cooper also showed a fall away jumper that looks to be something that he is working on. It comes as no surprise that EWU went ahead and offered the sophomore. *Feature image

2021 6'2 PG Leo DeBruhl (Seattle Academy) - Another Division offered prospect (Seattle U) but he will see a rise in the updated 2021 rankings as well. Leo showed off his fierce competitiveness and went at every matchup in front of him. He shot it well from the midrange and three and I like how he was fighting through ball screens on defense. There is no question that Leo is a Division 1 prospect.

2020 6'0 PG Bradley Graham (Federal Way HS) - Bradley improved his stock by making it a point that he could hold his own versus any other point guard in the event. Bradley has been a quality shooter for many years, but he attacked the basket and showed some impressive body control and touch finishing over the trees in the paint. He is comfortable playing on or off the ball and will be able to help some college program.

2021 6'2 PG Mason Landdeck (Zillah HS) - Mason came into the showcase with two college offers, but his strong performance will result in a jump in the updated rankings. He looks like he has grown another inch taller and is stronger than he was in the winter. Mason has a nice change of pace to his game and was obviously one of the best shooters in the camp. Eastern Washington and Point Loma have already offered, but his interest is definitely growing and rightfully so.
