This event featured several teams from the greater Houston area as well as from other cities from Texas. This is a first look at prospects as they reunite with their high school teams.
Lonzo Rand 6’3 SG • 2020 • Spring Westfield HS

Lonzo is a big time sleeper that College Coaches should have on their radar. Has been producing at a high volume since the Spring. Scored the ball at all levels at a high rate and was lockdown on the defensive end of the floor at times. Caught some bodies in the games and is a high volume scorer. His high was a 46 point outing. Would be a great fit at the D2/D3/NAIA/JuCo Level.

Ja'dyn Chaney 6’0 PG • 2021 • Spring Westfield HS

Taking his opponent off the dribble to the rim with ease. Played tough hard-nosed defense and was able to come away with multiple steals in the game. Got his teammates involved in the game and that really gave his team the advantage with how he was able to read his opponent. Strong guard that can be tough as a pass first crafty point.

Willie Williams 6’4 F • 2022 • Spring Westfield HS

He was a bruiser in the paint moving players around like rag dolls. Had good closeout speed to the perimeter and finished at a high rate in the paint. Nice soft touch and can take you from the perimeter. His physical strength is what really gives him an edge over his opponents.

Shaun Walker 6’7 C • 2021 • Manvel HS

Was a man among boys on the court today. Solid footwork in the post with good post control and was reading with his body. Also cleaned up on the glass as well. His presence on both ends of the floor was felt in the paint. Big solid frame that created big space while working in the pick-n-roll set.

Dylan Dawson 6’2 SG • 2020 • Atascocita HS PHTX150

Dylan a.k.a. "D2" was getting buckets with ease at the GASO Fall Shootout. I’ve never seen him play the game and make it look effortless at times like he did this weekend. Knocked down some long balls as well as some tight leg contest trey balls and mid-range shots. He was able to get where he wanted on the floor. Played solid without the ball in his hands as well. College Coaches get him on your radar officially ASAP he is a D1 Low-Major / D2 prospect would be an absolute steal for a D3/NAIA School.
