Gilmore entered the weekend without much of an established track record, but that may not be the case for much longer. The Delsea wing stood out with good positional size, a strong frame and a game that should translate quickly to the high school level. His biggest impact came as a shooter, where Gilmore consistently found open space along the perimeter and showed a smooth, confident stroke from deep. He isn’t an overly quick or shifty creator, but he showed enough off the bounce to attack closeouts and get downhill when defenders ran him off the line. There’s still plenty to sort out with his long-term positional projection, but Gilmore looks ready to make noise in South Jersey and has the type of skill set that should generate college interest as he continues to develop.
