Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Armstrong is a high-flying, budding wing who oozes long-term potential. He is a gifted vertical athlete who shows the ability to play above the rim and make an impact with his athleticism. Adding more strength and weight to his frame will be an important next step in his development. Armstrong is primed for a big year and has the tools to take a significant step forward this season.
