Some Freshmen of Note at the Arsenal Hoops Fall League

We got a chance to see some talented freshmen putting in the work in the varsity games that we watched. Here is a look at some of those Class of 2030 prospects who caught our attention.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2874727' first='Luke' last='Becker'] (Vianney): A 6'3" forward who showed us a well-rounded offensive game. He's physically strong and he operates well around the basket. He can score in the post and when he attacks off the dribble. He is also an excellent passer. He made a nice wraparound pass for the low post to a cutting teammate for a layup. He is also a very good cutter without the ball himself and he was stepping out and hitting open 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3766338' first='Braydon' last='Laramie'] (St. Dominic): A 6'1" wing player who impressed us last weekend at the Freshman Showcase when we first saw him. He is a good athlete who loves to attack the basket and he's a tough finisher in the lane. He can go through contact to score and he can also adjust the ball in mid-air to avert the blocked shot attempt. He plays hard and competes very well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Harrison Dukeshire (Parkway West): A 6'4" forward who is a strong worker who has good fundamentals around the basket. He keeps the ball high on rebounds and the catch in the post. He's very active and he scored on a couple of tough And 1's inside through contact. He is an excellent offensive rebounder.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3622165' first='Chevy' last='Hahler'] (Wentzville Liberty): A 6'3" forward who plays with a very strong motor. On one play, he blocked one shot at one end then sprinted the length of the floor to score on an offensive rebound and putback at the other end. He played with that kind of hustle and desire throughout the game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
