Brady Childers Brady Childers 5'8" | PG Fort Mill M.S. | 2031 SC averaged 5.7 points, 1.7 made threes, and a +20 plus/minus. His three-point production stood out compared to his scoring total, showing that he can impact the game without needing a high number of possessions. His ability to stretch the floor and push the ball in transition gives him value beyond simply standing in the corner.

Why he earned the badge: Childers’ shooting forces defenders to stay attached to him, creating spacing even when he is not the primary offensive option.

Development Focus: Continue improving movement without the ball, shot preparation, and decision-making after attacking closeouts.

Brady Childers Brady Childers 5'8" | PG Fort Mill M.S. | 2031 SC was one of three 8th Graders at this year’s Prep Hoops Carolinas Freshman Showcase. Despite his youth and no major physical advantage, Brady still fit right in while playing up an age by providing a spark on the offensive end of the floor. Childers has a beautiful jump shot that extends well beyond the traditional three-point line, plus he’s comfortable knocking it down off the catch or the dribble. He also proved to be a capable passer, finisher, and defender, which were all good things to see from one of the youngest players in the event.
