About Kieran

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

I think my biggest strength is my basketball IQ and being able to see the floor. I like creating opportunities for my teammates, making the right pass, and controlling the pace of the game. I also play hard on both ends and compete every possession.

What are you working to improve right now?

I'm working on becoming a more consistent shooter, getting stronger, and finishing better through contact. I also want to keep improving my ball handling and decision-making so I can be a more complete point guard.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I'm looking for a program with coaches who will push me and help me develop as a player and person. I want to be part of a competitive team with a good culture where everyone works hard, supports each other, and wants to win. Academics are important to me too, so I want a school where I can be successful on and off the court.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

I'm a pretty outgoing and positive person. I like having fun and being around my friends and family, but I also work hard and take school seriously. I like being part of a team, supporting the people around me, and I'm always open to learning and getting better.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I'm interested in studying something related to sports, exercise science, physical therapy, or business. I know I want a career where I can stay involved in athletics, whether that's becoming a physical therapist, coaching, working in sports, or owning my own business someday.

Hallam is a sneaky guard who made some plays on both ends of the floor. Has enough of a handle and some quickness to get into dangerous spots, much like he did to hit the game-winning shot in one of his team’s games. Made an impact on defense with his quick hands and anticipation.
