Bilger is a physical forward who thrives when attacking downhill and putting pressure on opposing defenses. He embraces contact and routinely earns trips to the foul line, where he does a good job converting scoring opportunities. Bilger is at his best operating in the half-court, using his strength and physicality to create advantages and get to his spots. While much of his production comes inside the arc, he also showed flashes of being able to space the floor and knock down perimeter shots. His combination of toughness, offensive versatility, and ability to draw fouls makes him an effective frontcourt presence.
