One of the biggest surprise players on that [program_tooltip program_id='2091934' first='Utah' last='Gold'] EYCL team, not because he does not have the scoring ability, but because he is just taking his game to a new level against tougher competition than he was playing against in high school. He's about 6'1 and has athleticism and has that three-level scoring threat that you hope a lead guard brings to the table. Lok for him to be more than a 15 PPG player like he was last year. His attacking has improved, and so has his shooting. He is a player that you do not game plan for (even in the spring); he is going to hurt you. Young is a must-defend player at all times and that includes when he crossed halfcourt. He is set to have a bigger year with more experience and an opportunity to improve in all aspects of his game. He is a player who plays with a good motor, and he also uses a high IQ to make plays happen on both ends of the ball.
