What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?
My biggest strengths as a player are my pace, effort, and ability to make smart decisions. I play fast and push the ball up the floor to create advantages for my team, whether that’s getting early layups or forcing the defense to scramble. I take pride in giving uncommon effort — rebounding, defending, and doing the things that impact winning even when they don’t show up in the box score. I’m also
What are you working to improve right now?
I am always working and looking for ways to refine my game. On top of always trying to make myself more consistent, I’m intentionally working to become a better and more vocal leader on and off the court. I am also focused on improving my ability to finish around the rim and through contact. I want to continue developing every part of my game so I can become a more complete player.
What are you looking for in a college program?
I am looking for a college and coaching staff that aligns with my values as a player to always be improving. I want a college that can push me to the best version of myself, both as a player and as a person, while also being a place I feel like I belong. Outside of basketball I look for an affordable college that offers my desired degree path in data analytics.
Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?
Coaches should know that I am a dedicated student and a Christian athlete who strives to become a better person every day. I stay involved in my community and value serving others. I also love building strong, lasting connections with people and developing trust through shared interests and experiences. I take pride in being someone others can depend on, both on and off the court.
What do you want to study, and what career interests you?
I want to study data analytics and statistics in college with the goal of specializing in sports analytics. I am especially interested in using data and statistics to better understand basketball and help organizations make informed decisions. My ideal career is a data statistician for the NBA or any other high-level basketball organization.

Rylan Williams was a standout player for the Oklahoma Irish 16U that contributed with his energy as he continuously got layups by running the floor. He makes plays that help the Oklahoma Irish team on both ends of the floor giving his team extra possessions offensively. Offensively he scored from going downhill aggressively getting in the paint.
