Toliver plays with pace and stays active on both ends. I watched him force a turnover, finish the dunk in transition. In another transition sequence hJace would knock down an open three. He rotates on time to help his teammates, then boxes out and goes after the rebound. His defense creates chances, and he has the skill to finish them.
Jace Tolliver’s athleticism showed up in plays that mattered. He turned a turnover into a dunk, made the open three and used his pace to reach a pull-up. None of those possessions required him to overdribble or force the action. He saw the advantage and used it. I need another viewing to determine how consistently he affects the game when those easy opportunities are not available.
