There's been a lot of speculation that the 6-foot-6 forward will be committing to the University of Memphis. Saint Louis University is another school that's been high on the two-time TSSAA Division II Class AA Mr. Basketball winner. Smith is currently ranked No. 3 in the final 2026 Tennessee player rankings. He and [player_tooltip player_id='1659513' first='Christopher' last='Washington Jr.'] are the only 2 prospects in the top 10 left on the board.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Smith has had a solid career for the Saints. St. Mary's University from the Lone Star Conference, Southeastern Illinois, Bethel College, Maryville College, York, and Virginia Military Institute are recruiting Coles in hopes of getting him on campus.
