About Donzell

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Donzell is a calm, shifty player who lets his game speak for itself. Payne stays composed, makes smart plays, and know how to create space when in need. He don’t force anything—and just play his game, stay consistent, and keep improving every time he steps on the court.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Payne is laid-back but focused. He stay calm under pressure, think before he act, and keep his composure in any situation. He don’t get rattled easily—he just stay in control and handle what’s in front of him.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Donzell haves Played basketball in 8th grade, finishing the season as the 3rd best team in their middle school basketball league bringing them to the playoffs and winning a gold medal. Payne also played aau basketball for a foundation "Warning".

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Donzell is a good teammate who knows how to communicate and work with others. He's built leadership skills by stepping up and setting an example, and staying responsible and focused on what needs to get done, and that's what makes him be good at point guard.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Donzell had some challenges, like dealing with pressure and learning to stay consistent, or dealing with confidence. Not everything always goes how he want, but he learned to stay calm, adjust, and keep improving instead of getting frustrated.”

What type of college are you looking for?

Payne states that he is currently trying to go to "Marquette University" or soon attend "Wisconsin-Madison".
