[player_tooltip player_id='2450680' first='Jordan' last='Horsley'] of Mountain Ridge absolutely exploded last night, racking up an impressive 32 points. Since his freshman year, when he first showcased his talent at the PH Expo, it's been clear that Horsley possesses a strong foundation as a shooter. What's truly impressive is how he's continued to develop his all-around game while maintaining his ability to consistently knock down shots. His performance last night wasn't just about the 32 points; he also went on a tear from beyond the arc, hitting a remarkable five three-pointers. Horsley is a player who is moving the needle when it comes to being recruitable and when it comes to a player that could continue to move up the rankings.

This is a game where you have to go back and watch the tape. Mulford was running all over the place to get to his spots, and he was doing it against one of the best defensive teams in the state. The way he can get by defenders and use his leverage and stay loaded to rise and score at anytime was impressive. He went off for 28 points, and he only hit 3 three-pointers as they were running him off the three-point line. Mulford is looking like a solid get for a team like CSI that seems to get the best out of players with his skill set.

Bayless was on his way to a 20-point outing, hitting five three-pointers while seemingly cruising. His smooth game and impressive rise this season have been fun to watch. He possesses next-level talent, and it's particularly noteworthy how composed he remains, even when under a lot of pressure.

Brown was clutch in a big-time rivalry game as he helped his team take down Taylorsville. Brown is a speedy guard that can get paint touches and create, but it was his shooting last night that was clutch. Brown was able to convert on four three-pointers, which was the difference in the end as they were able to hang on and get a one-point victory.

It's always exciting to see players like Jackson step up and deliver crucial performances that lead to significant victories. He capitalized on the opportunity, setting a career high with a 20-point performance. The 6'5" forward has proven to be a dominant force on the boards and remains one of the top double-double performers in the state. Jackson is an intriguing prospect.
