New Names: 2027 Ranks

In this piece, PHD highlights <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">15 players</span></strong> who played their way into the rankings and forced the conversation. They may not be sitting at the very top just yet, but their recent play, growth, and consistency have earned them well-deserved attention. This group features ballers from <strong>Class AA, A, and Class B</strong>, including several small-town standouts who continue to prove that good basketball is played everywhere in the state.
