About Milan
Expert Analysis

Milan is another player who can be a perfect point guard for any team that puts him out there. He possesses great court vision, and an ability to get the ball up the floor in transition.
He’s also very smooth when playing in traffic. He can go right at the defense, and put on a footwork display to still get to the rim and lay in a soft touch basket.
Milan also has elite defensive abilities. He has to be so frustrating to play against because he comes right after you, hounding you relentlessly. This is one of the aspects of his game where he takes the most pride. In one game on Saturday, I saw him secure at least 3 second half steals.

When I think about standout performers at this year’s event, the kid wearing #0 for Jackets Elite is one of the first that jumps to mind.

was on an absolute tear during his team’s 3-1 performance this weekend. He’s so smooth when playing in traffic, and can skate through opposing defenses. And when he gets to the rim, Milan has a very smooth finger-roll on his layups.
Defensively, he’s a terror. He will come after you relentlessly and force you to make mistakes. In his first game of the weekend, I saw him force at least 3 turnovers in the second half. And then when he turns you over, he’s got great court vision and can get the ball up the floor in a hurry.
And don’t overlook his shot-making abilities. Milan piled up 26 points in two separate games this weekend, and in those games had at least 12 field goals.
Milan prides himself on his defense and scoring ability, and says he’s improving on getting his teammates involved.

Milan made it easy for his teammates by penetrating deep in the paint and consistently making the right reads. His strength was noticeable, especially when finishing through contact at the rim. It was fun to watch him lead the fast break for Jackets Elite, Milan’s playmaking helped secure a victory over Icon Elite.

Milan was suffocating on the defensive end, making it tough to bring the ball up the court. The shifty point guard is skilled with ball in his hands which made it tough for Icon Elite to keep him out the paint. His dribble moves, finishing and passing secured him a spot on this list.
