The New Fulton Faces Cocke County

Steen is an anomoly. He found much of his early success with a stronger body than his peers. Unlike the guys who begin with skills and then toughen up and add muscle, Nick must do the opposite. Get better as an outside shooter. Improve lateral quickness. Facing Cocke County Steen created baskets with his strong shoulders paving the pathway to the rim. He was important though. Cox runs like a fawn, and it is clear that he is an athletic guy finding his physical maturity. Average handle for a varsity guard. Just entering his sophomore season. Quick first-step. Needs to add upper body weight. Cox juggled it out-of-bounds late in the third quarter. The untimely turnover led to his temporary benching.
