The 2028 might have only played one varsity season, but that won't stop them from making an impact on the hardwood. The front court group has the potential to have a good season, especially in Group 2. Here are the 2028 Group 2 forward prospects to track this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2700396' first='Ahmad' last='Cook'], 7'0 PF West Side

Cook has the potential to play either the four or the five, which he should put on display this season. The 7'0 footer is one of the top rim-protectors in the class as he swats almost everything and influences a bunch of others. Cook runs the floor hard, setting himself up for easy baskets in transition. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and sets strong screens in the half court. Cook's ability to score around the rim along with his rim protection is something that will help his stock over the next couple of months.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763621' first='Andre' last='Robinson'], 6'3 SF Camden

Robinson's collegiate future might be on the gridiron, but still makes plays on the hardwood. The 6'3 forward has a good first step, which he uses to get to the rim and is unafraid of drawing contact. Robinson can also get position in the paint and sets strong screens in the half court. He is a strong rebounder and has the athleticism to defend multiple positions on the floor. Robinson is a physical forward prospect whose ability to grab rebounds and score in the paint will help his game during the winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763622' first='Bilal' last='Robinson'], 6'4 PF Overbrook

Robinson has the ability to have a breakout sophomore season as he should get more touches in the offense. The 6'4 forward has a nice release on his jumper as he wastes little motion and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. Robinson is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim off the bounce and finishes nicely in the paint. He is a solid rebounder and uses his length to get deflections on the defensive end. Robinson had a career-high 20 points against Penns Grove and should have more 20-point games during his second varsity season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763607' first='Quinn' last='Weber'], 6'4 PF/SF Rutherford

Weber has the ability to play either forward spot, which will help his game this season. The 6'4 forward uses his body to get position in the paint and knows how to finish around the basket. Weber rarely forces shots in the half court and moves well without the ball in his hands. He makes plays on the defensive end and works for rebounders on both ends of the floor. Weber has the potential to fill up the stat sheet this season with his ability to defend the ball and score on the interior.

[player_tooltip player_id='2786653' first='Filoteo' last='Mosca'], 6'2 SF Lyndhurst

Mosca had a big freshman season and is looking to build off of that in 2025-26. The 6'2 wing has a clean release on his jumper and can knock down triples in bunches. Mosca finds his open teammates at both ends of the floor and has an underrated handle. He slides his feet on the defensive end and gets rebounds on both ends of the floor. Mosca is a sharpshooting wing prospect who should torch the nets from distance throughout the winter.
