Ashton was the heart behind Carver Vo-Tech’s engine through most of the game. Doesn’t have blazing speed but makes up for it with his guard skill on both ends. Ashton defended the ball well and didn’t give up an easy basket. Sweet shooting touch from the outside, swishing a couple of big catch-and-shoot threes. Had a couple nice drives through the lane resulting in big finishes through contact. Impressive 2-way performance from the senior, looking comfortable in his new threads.
