Russell is a defensive minded weak-side rim protecting four who has elite timing when going up to contest shots. His branch like limbs are as a long as a country mile. Russell is slowly starting to emerge on the offensive side of the floor and oozes with potential. He showed some flashes from behind the arc as a floor spacer converting on a three point attempt. Russell needs to work on getting stronger which would help be able to play a physical style of basketball down low. I look forward to tracking his progress this season.
