About Elijah

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m an athletic, shifty guard who excels at finishing at the rim, creating off the dribble, and knocking down shots with confidence. My quickness and control keep defenders off balance, and I take pride in being a versatile scorer.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I always play with upmost effort and keep my head up through any situation. No matter what, I push myself and encourage my teammates to reach their best.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA and earned honor roll every year throughout high school

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Starting varsity early in high school allowed me to learn from the best traits of the seniors. I bring energy and leadership, always keeping my team fired up and ready to play at their highest level

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

We were projected to lose by a lot in one game, and going into the 4th quarter we were down by 15. Instead of giving in, me and my teammates rallied together and forced overtime — where I scored 10 points between the 4th and OT to help lead us to the win.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college where I can fit into the offensive system and showcase my strengths — attacking the rim, creating plays, and scoring with confidence.
