About Liam

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a fast and aggressive player who loves to hustle on both ends of the court. I like driving to the basket and finishing strong, but I can also hit open shots when I need to. On defense, I’m quick and try to lock people down, always going for steals or grabbing rebounds. I play with a lot of energy and heart. I’m all about teamwork!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m super competitive and always trying to get better every day. I don’t like to give up, no matter what the score is. I stay positive, listen to my coaches, and try to be a good teammate. I just love the game and always bring energy when I’m on the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I've received some MVP awards and play for my middle school basketball team as well as assisting my coach working on plays and how to help the team united!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Playing basketball has helped me build a lot of important skills. I’ve learned how to be a better teammate by sharing the ball, communicating, and supporting others. I’m also starting to step up as a leader by helping younger players and staying positive during tough games. Off the court, I’ve done some community service with my team, like helping out at youth camps and cleaning up parks. It feels

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yeah, I’ve faced a few challenges. One of the biggest was when I didn’t make a team I really wanted to be on. It was tough and I felt like giving up at first, but instead I used it as motivation to work harder. I spent more time practicing my skills, especially my shooting and defense, and the next season I made a better team. It taught me that you have to keep trying your best everyday!

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that has a strong basketball program and great coaches who can help me keep improving. I also want a school that cares about academics, because I know school comes first. It would be cool to be part of a team that feels like family, where everyone works hard and supports each other. I’d love to go somewhere that helps me grow both as a player and a person.
