2026 Prospects Names to Know from the Spring and Summer

There are prospects in NorCal who played good basketball during the Spring, and Summer. PH NorCal goes back to some of the events we attended. In review, these prospects will be added to our Watch List or rankings, some will make the move up move on the next rankings update. Some we're seeing for the first time, others played well while we were watching.    The long wing type prospect defend multiple positions. Standing 6'4 with length, he has lateral movement on the perimeters lengthy arms to take up passing lanes. He can defend and rebound. He'll work the baseline with strong drives to the basket or use a dribble to hit the short corner jumper.     Haile has been operating under our radar this Spring, and Summer. He's had some success, and showing a level of consistency putting points on the board. He's a reliable ball handler who can run the point if needed. He spots up for catch 3's in the corners, and along the perimeters. He can get into the paint, he plays well off two feet.     Standing 6'4, he'll help inside as a defender, and rebounder. He's active, moves his feet, and positions himself on defense. He sets solid screens, rolls to the basket with hands ready to receive and finish around the rim. He's good passer/ball mover. He hustles up court. He'll go on the Watch List.     He's a long wing prospect that can defend multiple positions, he has good lateral movement on the perimeter, gets a hand up on shooters. He helps with rebounding. He runs the court in transition. He'll look for his shot from 3 if open, or drive it into the paint. Watch List     He plays a good all around game. He has the size, and ability to put points on the board around the basket. He can hit the mid-range jump shot, use a dribble or two to get to the rim. We saw him spot up a few times for 3's around the perimeter. He rebounds on both ends, defends the other teams big man. He'll have a good season working under the radar.     He's a prospect that could rise. He's a productive forward with the ability be a double double player on his team. He's an active rebounder who averaged 9 rebounds a game. He has an improving offensive skill set that gets him points in the paint, scoring around the rim, hitting paint jumpers. He'll shoot open 3's.     West is an up and coming 6'9 prospect whose best days are ahead. He played with Dream Vision at the last 3SSB Event in SoCal a few weeks ago. He has legitimate 3-point shot making potential, a stretch type forward.     The Senior guard returns with lots of experience to lead this team. He has good ball handling passes well, and foot speed to get by defenders. He has the tools to put points on the board in the flow of the offense. He'll hit 3's and mid-range jumpers. He could make a move up.     The undersized power forward is about as tough as they come when it comes to battling bigs in the paint, he doesn't back down uses his strength and leverage, makes you work for your points. He's scoring around the basket, getting his rebounds. He'll be a key piece on a team expected to challenge for the title in the EBAL     He's been steady and productive since transferring from Archbishop Mitty to Amador Valley. He's an excellent spot up shooter from behind the 3-point line. He takes care of the ball, can dribble drive. He's underrated as a ball move/passer with excellent court vision. He'll be a key contributor.     Had a breakout performance at the Pangos Premier 80 Camp. The fact that he was a leading rebounder is no surprise. He's a long stronger than he looks hard playing prospect who goes out of his way for rebounds, and loose ball. He's a hard nosed defender. He's showing improve play on the offensive side of the ball. Expanded range on the jump shot, he'll hit the short shot and work the paint for points.     A good athlete with size and strength. He has good hops going up for rebounds, blocks, and points around the rim. He can defend in the post using his strength, has the foot speed to get up and down the court in transition. He's got some tools to work with. He'll find a way to be a contributor in a new system.     He's a hard playing newcomer who doesn't mind scrapping for loose balls. He's an alert defender always lurking from the sides, and behind might get a steal, and head the other way or pass it up. He has good ball handling and speed pushing the ball up court, or using a first step to get into the paint. He'll spot up for corner 3's. We'll see more.
