How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

An athletic guard that plays above the rim with a consistent shot and loves to take pride on defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Personally, am I someone who is very positive and vocal that never has nothing negative to say.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, I am an AVID student and received multiple awards for being top in my class.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I've learned that there are many ways to lead and personally I lead by example but will speak up to give advice when it needed.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I've dislocated my middle finger in my right hand, but although that may seem like a setback, I used it to practice with my off hand and continuing to get better as a player even though I was injured

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college that has a strong culture that I can stive off of.

He knocked down shots from deep with clean mechanics, keeping defenders honest whenever they tried to sag off. When pressured, he used his first step to blow by defenders and create downhill opportunities. Defensively, he wasn’t afraid to step out and contest on the perimeter, even coming up with blocks against shooters. Ortiz’s ability to stretch the floor while also attacking closeouts gave him a versatile skillset that fit perfectly in the fast-paced showcase environment.
