Britt has been a fixture in Northern California High School Boys Basketball. He scouts and evaluate prospects year round. His ultimate goal is to bring exposure to NorCal Prospects.

Paul Hernandez has been involved in grassroots (youth to prep) basketball in various capacities since 2013. Coached the ages of 12u-17u in club ball, as well as assistant varsity coach at Ridgeview High School in Bakersfield, CA, from 2018-2021. Paul started evaluating basketball talent in 2018, with the primary focus region being Central California, but also other states in the Western region and national events hosted out West. He is a high school social studies teacher as well.
