<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1933382' first='Eugene' last='Armijo'], Wagon Mound</strong>: Made 69 percent of his shots, including about 40 percent of his 3-pointers, as he averaged over 15 points per game for Wagon Mound.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2693652' first='Kaileb' last='Atencio'], Penasco</strong>: Atencio was one of the top shooters in Class 2A last season as he connected on 49 percent of his shots and averaged 13.7 points per game for the Panthers.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1717249' first='Hayden' last='Bruhn'], Logan</strong>: Along with teammate <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1717329' first='Mason' last='Wallin']</strong>, Bruhn was one of the dominant players in Class 1A last season as he made 57.1 percent of his shots. How important was Bruhn to the Class 1A champions? He attempted 399 shots. Ha made 42 percent of his 3-pointers. Bruhn is currently excelling on the summer AAU circuit. </p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2694613' first='Felix' last='Chacon'], Hagerman</strong>: The 6-foot-4 Chacon took full advntage of his height, working inside to make 51.6 percent of his shots and average 10.4 points and 8.1 rebounds per game for Hagerman.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2827368' first='Tristen' last='Onsurez'], Loving</strong>: A dynamic two-sport athlete, Onsurez shot 45.6 percent from the field in averaging over 15 points per game for the Falcons. Also the quarterback on the Loving football team.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2693644' first='Rylee' last='Pahl'], Cloudcroft</strong>: The top returning scorer in Class 2A averaged 20.9 points per game and shot 46.5 percent from the field, including 56 percent of his 2-pt attempts. He's also an excellent defender and rebounder.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2695189' first='Andy' last='Pino'], Alamo Navajo</strong>: Few players in the entire state regardless of classification shot the ball better than Pino in 2024-25. Pino made 73 percent of his shots and averaged 16.3 points per game for Alamo Navajo.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2827411' first='Ike' last='Smith'], Roy/Mosquero</strong>: Scored over 300 points and made 57 percent of his shots in averaging just over 10 points per game for the Blue.</p>
