2028 Rankings Update Newcomers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>PH NorCal has updated the class of 2028 Rankings. During high school it's sometimes difficult to get a good read on Freshman playing Varsity. Some get limited playing time, while others log heavy minutes, or might start for some teams. He was inserted to defend bigger players in the post. He runs and jumps pretty well, can finish in transition. He did well on the JV this past season. Standing 6'5 he's good around the rim at the 15U level using his lengthy arms to get rebounds, points, and going after blocks. He gives good effort defending and running the court. Plays mostly on the perimeter, with good ball movement, sets solid screens, has movement without the ball. He'll catch and finish layups on the cut. He played up on the Varsity, didn't get a lot of court time. He's a good ball handling guard with good ball movement around the perimeter, and up court. He can create and get into the paint for jumpers. First off the bench, he logged quality minutes. He has a good understanding of the game. He has the ability to knock down 3's as he roams the perimeter, and sets up in the corners shot ready.
