The 2025 rankings update was full of so many stock-risers that one article was not enough. Here are more stock-risers from the 2025 rankings update.

[player_tooltip player_id='2107785' first='Devin' last='Merker'], 6'3 SG Pascack Valley

Merker moved up 43 spots in the update and showed his ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor. The Middlebury commit has a smooth release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Merker is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim off the bounce and finishes well around the basket. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and pushes the pace well in transition. Merker put up big games all season long for Pascack Valley as he was one of the most productive prospects in Bergen County in 2024-25.

[player_tooltip player_id='2303744' first='Kobe' last='Closeil'],6'2 PG Gill St. Bernard's

Closeil was the barometer for the Knights' attack, which saw him jump up 36 spots in the update. The 6'2 guard has a good handle, which he uses to blow by his defender and can finish in a variety of ways. Closeil can also score in the mid-range and can thread passes to his open teammates. He is a tough on-ball defender and has the ability to play off the ball as well. Closeil is a gritty guard prospect who works hard to make plays at both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2341240' first='Aiden' last='Sosinov'], 6'5 PF Manalapan

Sosinov broke out for the Red Raiders this season, which is why he moved up 35 spots in the update. The 6'5 forward has a good faceup game as he can put the ball on the floor and can finish through contact. Sosinov has a high release on his jumper and his range extends past the three-point line. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and influences shots around the rim. Sosinov's ability to stretch the floor is something that makes him an intriguing prospect to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1411407' first='Tyler' last='McQuaid'], 6'0 PG Bergen Catholic

McQuaid went up 34 spots in the update as he helped the Crusaders take home the Non-Public A title. The 6'0 guard plays with composure on the ball as he rarely gets sped up by on-ball pressure and plays with good floor vision. McQuaid uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and finishes nicely around the basket. He works hard on the defensive end and has a good release on his jumper. McQuaid is a true point guard prospect whose ability to run the offense efficiently gives him the ability to get minutes early in his collegiate career.

[player_tooltip player_id='1845645' first='Ryan' last='Fisher'], 6'2 SG Red Bank Regional

Fisher had a breakout campaign for the Buccaneers and moved up 34 spots in the update. The 6'2 guard attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong around the basket and can make layups through contact. Fisher rarely forces jumpers in the halfcourt and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He slides his feet on the defensive end and is an underrated passer. Fisher's ability score inside and out is something that will hep his game at the next level.
