Mann, a member of the XLP 2025 squad, is an athletic wing out of Falmouth in Maine. Arguably the top stock riser in Maine’s Class of 2025 this winter, he has continued his hot streak this spring while showing off impressive scoring ability in the open floor. An athletic lefty, he has a quick first step, a strong frame, and the ability to elevate over defenders at the rim. He does a good job of moving without the ball, cuts hard to the rim, and has the ability to play with his back to the basket in the paint against smaller guards. Defensively, he can guard up or down a position and is really good as a grab and go defender. The option to do a PG year and join the Class of 2026 appears to still be on the table.

Mann is a killer. The lefty wing is a freight train in transition and cannot be stopped when he’s driving to his left hand; even though you know he’s going that way, he gets to the paint and has really nice touch off the backboard. His shot is also fairly accurate, though he takes a bit too long to get it off and could improve in that regard. I think Mann is probably best suited for the D3 level, though his scholarship-level athleticism is definitely going to draw tons of coaches attention. I could imagine him finding a D2 home somewhere as a result.
