Packer Kelley Packer Kelley 6'7" | PF Foothill | 2026 State NV has improved on both ends of the court recently. On offense, he seems to have more confidence and he’s been going up strong with it when he’s in the paint. On defense, he has been protecting the rim a bit more and he fights for rebounds. If the 6’7 Foothill forward can keep adding to his game, there could be college interest in his future.
