Western Conference

Top Scorer: [player_tooltip player_id='2801564' first='Sadarius' last='Bell'] | 5'7 Guard | Forsyth

Bell was tremendous on the Triad First 48 Middle School County Clash. He did well to utilize his frame on both ends of the floor to his advantage as both a downhill driving threat and playmaker for Team Forsyth on their way to the Championship. He was a solid presence in their rotation with his ability to make things happen when the ball came his way.

Top Shooter: [player_tooltip player_id='2801548' first='Weston' last='Fulk'] | 5'7 Shooting Guard | Stokes/Surry

Fulk did well to assert as a top shooter for Stokes/Surry despite their fourth-place finish in the Western Conference standings. Their games were close given his ability to create off the bounce with his crisp ball handling and impressive footwork. He made a number of tough shots, both going to the rim and from beyond the perimeter to earn Top Shooter in the end.

Best Forward: [player_tooltip player_id='2801998' first='Amari' last='Kirkland'] | 5'10 Forward/Wing | Yadkin/Wilkes/Ashe

Kirkland was impressive for Team Yadkin/Wilkes/Ashe as he was one of the reasons for their second place finish in the Western Conference. He did well in holding his own in the painted area on both ends and showed he could bring the ball up the floor and create his own offense out of the break. He's a lengthy prospect in the 2029 class to keep an eye on given his activity.

Best Athlete: [player_tooltip player_id='2802118' first='Zayden' last='Clement'] | 5'9 Guard | Forsyth

It seemed like whenever Team Forsyth needed a spark or burst of energy, Clement would swoop in and make a handful of big plays to increase the deficit or start a run. His ability to make an impact while flying around using his quickness and athleticism on defense earned him the Best Athlete award in the end. He's one to keep a close eye on in the 2030 class out of Lewisville Middle.

Best Defender: [player_tooltip player_id='2802003' first='Trenton' last='Avent'] | 6'3 Forward/Center | Forsyth

Avent was a defensive stopper for Team Forsyth all the way up to the championship game. He's a long, wiry prospect with good instincts defensively altering and swatting shots at the rim. He opened things up with four blocks and showed his consistency as a rebounding and shot-blocking presence throughout the Triad First 48 Middle School County Clash. He's got a bright future in the 2029 class in the Triad area.

Eastern Conference

Top Scorer: [player_tooltip player_id='2801464' first='Jude' last='King'] | 5'10 Guard | Blue Chip Select

King was impressive in more ways than one given his ability to score in a variety of ways. He did a tremendous job of leading his Blue Chip Select squad without playing selfish as a scoring threat. Whether off the catch or off the bounce, he showed he could score the basketball and easily took home Top Scorer honors for the Eastern Conference.

Top Shooter: [player_tooltip player_id='2801476' first='Jack' last='Taxiera'] | 5'6 Guard | Davidson

Taxiera did well in operating at both guard roles for Davidson in the Triad First 48 Middle School County Clash. He did well in the beginning to set the table for his teammates then showed he could space the floor with his perimeter shooting. He showed he could knock down shots off the catch in leading them to a third place finish. He'll be a prospect to keep eyes on in the 2029 class

Best Forward: [player_tooltip player_id='2801487' first='Elijah' last='Fapojuwo'] | 6'2 Forward/Wing | Guilford

Fapojuwo was an impressive presence in the Team Guilford rotation with his length and ability to rebound the ball. He was quick to get rebounds out of the net and showcase his ability to handle the ball and finish at the rim. He finished with a number of And-1's and tough takes in traffic as his squad took home first place in the standings to play in the Championship.

Best Athlete: [player_tooltip player_id='2780721' first='Bryson' last='Faulk-Warner'] | 6'5 Guard/Forward | R.A.C.R.

Faulk-Warner showcased an all-around skill set at 6-foot-5 for Team R.A.C.R. at the County Clash. He showed he could get downhill and finish through contact and when things slowed down, he got hot from deep to showcase his range as a shooter. He'll be an intriguing 2029 prospect to keep an eye on as he moves on from North Asheboro Middle.

Top Defender: [player_tooltip player_id='2801545' first='Bryson' last='Suggs'] | 5'8 Guard | Guilford

Suggs took things in his own hands when things got tight for Guilford in a must-win situation. He had a sequence of five straight steals leading to easy layups on the other end in the late stages to change the game for the Eastern Conference winners. He's a quick two-way guard who turns ball pressure into turnovers in a hurry with his skill set already on defense. He was relentless in making an impact on the defensive end.
