District 1 AAA

The Pick: Tennessee (#1 seed)
Tennessee features their best team in years. [player_tooltip player_id='1547325' first='Colin' last='Brown'] is the truth, scoring 24.3 ppg. Plucky Unicoi County might upset Tennessee in the finals.

District 2 AAA

The Pick: Greeneville (#1 seed)
Greeneville is a team with shortcomings. They are also the team with the district's best player...by far. [player_tooltip player_id='1959160' first='Trey' last='Thompson'] (Greeneville) just hopped over 2,000 career points late in his junior season. Grainger is the challenger within this field.

District 3 AAA

The Pick: Carter (#2 seed)
Admittedly. D3 suffered a massive talent exodus last spring, most it from the Fulton Falcons. The #1's can't win every district. Ok, they can, but it is unlikely. Carter is the upset pick here. The Hornets get buckets from [player_tooltip player_id='2626680' first='Chris' last='Cowan'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2692666' first='Zion' last='Oliver'].

District 4 AAA

The Pick: Clinton (#1 seed).
Solid depth. Bryson Maddox (13.8 ppg) and Kaden Ison (11.5 ppg) are the Dragon's leading scorers. The district is not as strong as most years. Clinton won 9 of 10 regular season games within D4.

District 5 AAA

The Pick: Heritage (#1 seed)
The #2 seed Lenoir City improved in the last year. Not enough to catch Heritage though. The HHS Mountaineers steamrolled through D5, winning all eight games. They can do it again in the postseason.

District 6 AAA

The Pick: Red Bank (#1 seed)
Senior [player_tooltip player_id='1551289' first='Jaylen' last='Rice'] wins postseason games. Kobey Jones provides fantastic defense and rebounding in addition to scoring.

District 7 AAA

The Pick: Stone Memorial (#2 seed)
#1 seed Upperman features a AAA Mr. Basketball Finalist in [player_tooltip player_id='2133810' first='Ty' last='Cobb'], but Stone Memorial does, as well. Further, Stone's defensive rebounding makes them a challenging out. [player_tooltip player_id='1211987' first='Cade' last='Capps'] helped Stone Memorial's Panthers advance to the State Tournament as a freshman. He recently passed 3K career points. Teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2281026' first='Jack' last='Cordell'] averaged 12.9 ppg this year, providing a Robin to Capps' Batman. Upperman won the 2024 District Tournament though.

District 8 AAA

The Pick: Marshall County (#2 seed)
Great guards.
