Player Bio

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a quick past-first guard that’s always looking for the open man. I can play defense moving quickly on my feet and can get into passing lanes. I can score on all three levels, but I mainly use my speed to get to the rim to use my floater over defenders or draw contact for a foul. I can change pace to get off the defender too. I can shoot off the dribble or off the catch.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m always a positive guy on the court. I’m a PG so it’s my job to be that on court coach and lead by example. If my heads down then my teammates heads are down so I try my best to not let that happen. If my heads down I use that as motivation to push through and overcome the obstacle. I help my teammates out if they’re confused or if they’re not feeling like their self in the moment.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m a honors student. I take Honors Algebra 1 and Honors English 1-2. In middle school I got principal’s list and academic excellence awards. I finished with a 3.87 gpa and I promoted.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

From basketball I developed leadership mainly. From the court I felt like I can always be a leader to help and inspire others and that leads to off the court. Like being a leader in the classroom, on campus, or anywhere I take my talents. I always look out to help others.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m not really looking for any college in particular. I’m fine with NAIA, Juco, D3, D2, or even D1. I’m striving for D1 that’s the goal, but I’m mainly looking for a college that would give me the chance to play my game and plug me into a winning system. I would also like to go to a school in Arizona preferably, but I’m fine with anywhere.
