With the ball in his hands, he can seamlessly switch between different speeds to throw off defenders, particularly downhill. His exceptional ball-handling skills, showcased at Booker T. Washington, have earned him a reputation for minimizing turnovers. When scoring, Dixon prefers to attack the basket and convert looks from the perimeter after a catch, where he truly shines.

A solid scoring point guard, Aaron showed his maturity in leading his Houston Hoops North squad to two impressive wins on Sunday. When the game got tight and plays had to be made, Dixon is the one that answered the calls. The southpaw drilled shots off the dribble and consistently made the right reads and decisions to secure victories. Dixon definitely provided the IMPACTFUL plays his team needed in the clutch.

He shows great confidence in his shot off the dribble, and this allowed him to capitalize from three-point range, hitting about 3-4 threes over the course of the game and he also is a great playmaker in terms of creating for teammates. He makes sure all his team on the court stays involved and he is never selfish with the basketball in crunch time. His teammates trust him to take tough shots in the clutch, and he often comes through when Washington needs someone to turn to. Dixon has become one of my more slept on unsigned 2026 prospects this season in Houston.
