Everything he did was played at an intensity and physicality that few guards in the gym could match. Great feel for the game, taking what the defense gave him and scoring within the flow with mastery, taking advantage of one-on-one chances and knocking down corner shots. His rebounding was a separator; his presence on the glass was evident from start to finish, constantly getting a hand on the ball. Everything he brought to the table from rebounding, to pushing the tempo, to playmaking, to downhill scoring, was done with raw energy, explosive impact, and a competitive fire you can’t teach.
