Chappell is a key player for the Formula Elite 16U program. He’s quick, shifty, and can shoot the lights out from anywhere on the floor. He’s like a pest on defense, a good one of course. He likes to use his speed to wear down his opponents and uses active hands to disrupt the opposing team’s offensive rhythm when defending. Chappell has a lot of moxie to his game and is one of the engines behind his team’s success on both ends of the floor.
