Wednesday’s jamboree was my first time seeing Crowder with the Eagles in person. He was an important player for them last season, averaging 11.0 PPG and 7.0 RPG, but last night, without the Eagles’ football players, he had to step up even more on the offensive end. Jordan is a well-rounded player in that regard, as he can spot-up for threes, drive into the lane and finish through contact, and float without the ball to the dunker spot and in between zones. Jordan was hit or miss in transition, having both two assists and two turnovers, but he will force turnovers because of his high basketball IQ. He totaled 13 points on 2-3 3FG in a win over Scotland (NC).
