Holland is a player I haven’t seen live since July but he drew rave reviews at the GCBCA senior showcase and the highlights he’s posted during scrimmages and early season regular season contests show a player who is starting to take that next step. Another very gifted player athletically, Holland has the prototypical size you are looking for and his sister is a Division I volleyball player so he comes from an athletic background. I had seen Holland run the floor and play above the rim but his improved ball handling and perimeter shooting is starting to take his game to the next level. I’m hoping I’ll get to see Holland one last time in person during his senior season.

A new name from northeast Ohio, Holland was a player I scouted with OBC this spring during the first live period. A skinny stretch forward who wanted to play on the perimeter, Holland flashed some ball handling and shooting ability. Still a work in progress physically with handling strength and contact, hoping to catch a Medina game this winter to see where he’s at now. With his size and offensive ability on the perimeter, Holland has flashed some unique skills that make him a name to track for small college programs. Very intrigued by his long-term upside and playing for Medina should get him even more developed as an offensive player.
