Cuffe recently committed to Navy and will be one of Loyola’s most important players because of his ability to impact every aspect of the game. The 6-foot-5 wing is a strong, athletic slasher and finisher who can attack open space with the ball in his hands in transition but is also a smart and timely cutter within half-court offense. Cuffe brings a blue collar approach to the game with his high motor, physicality and ability to do the little things on both ends of the floor to help his team win.

Cuffe has some pretty electric athletic tools that were on full display during his Saturday performances. On one occasion, the 6-foot-5 wing threw down a nasty one-handed jam on a contesting opponent who had both size and length. But he also handles the ball extremely well and has great shiftiness with the dribble, which he was able to showcase against both shorter, pesty guards and bigger, longer forwards. How high of a level Cuffe can go will probably depend on how he continues to develop his shot and what that looks like both off the dribble and off the catch, but he already has a Navy offer and Saturday certainly helped his scholarship recruitment if I had to guess.
