Expert Analysis
Jay Anderson | Prep Hoops Scout
Ford remains a top unsigned senior on the board in the 336 area at Reagan High. He’s producing 14.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game for the Raiders as he looks to find a landing spot at the next level. He went off for 32 points on 11-of-17 shooting against Community School of Davidson to really make his mark. In games where he’s been productive, the Raiders have won games, showing his impact. He’s a prospect for DII and DIII programs in the region to take a look at given his prowess shooting the ball and running the backcourt.

Ford is a new addition to our rankings update as a guard to know in the Triad this upcoming year. He’ll lead the Reagan backcourt/group in June at team camps, and continue his strong spring season with NC Rise Pittman this summer. He’s a scorer that can get to his spots at multiple levels on the floor with good body control and touch around the rim. Shot it well in multiple grassroots games this summer too. He could be a big time kid that adds on to his all-conference accolades this upcoming season and make another jump in our rankings.

Ford is an intriguing shooting guard prospect in the 2025 class out of Reagan who turned heads this past weekend. He took home MVP honors in the 17U Platinum Division while leading NC Rise Pittman to a championship. He’s a prospect who’s fearless shooting the ball on the perimeter and scoring off the bounce as he did in averaging 23.0 PPG in leading his backcourt. He’s a prospect for DII programs in the region to get eyes on.
